Optional dinner meeting Friday night at 6:30 in the Perchetti Room, next to the restaurant.
Tentative Agenda:
· Determine the date and location of the 2022 State Convention where we will choose our candidates for the 2022 ballot. February 18 & 19 or 25 & 26 and contingency plans.
· Discuss candidates for the 2022 election.
· Issues and ideas for building the party.
· Fund raising ideas and projects to raise money for the State Convention.
· Speakers for state convention.
· Select Dates for County Conventions which must be at least 2 weeks prior to the state convention.
· Select Convention Committee Chairmen Bylaws, Platform, Candidates, Resolutions, other.
· Convention Attendance
· Convention Committee
· Silent Auction at the meeting to raise money for the State Convention.
Everyone is invited.
Voting members include all State Executive members, all County Chairmen or vice chairmen or designated representative, 5 representatives from Clark appointed by County Chairman, 3 representatives from Washoe appointed by the Chairman and 2 representatives from the rural counties chosen by the rural caucus.
