Whereas the United States President Joe Biden and the United States Congress recognize and seek to protect the borders and sovereignty of the Ukraine,

 

Whereas the United States President Joe Biden and the United States Congress recognize and protect the borders and sovereignty of Israel,

 

Whereas the United States President and the United States Congress DO NOT protect the borders of the United States and have allowed millions of illegal aliens including terrorists to enter the United States, who are then transported secretly to numerous undisclosed locations within the United States, provided free debit cards, meals, medical care, housing, and education,

 

Whereas the United States President Joe Biden and the United States Congress have allowed deported and criminally convicted illegal aliens to re-enter the United States,

 

Whereas the United States President and the United States Congress do not care if these illegal aliens have Covid-19, but seek to impose mandatory experimental vaccinations upon Citizens of the United States,

 

Whereas the United States President Joe Biden and the United States Congress are ignoring their sworn oaths to the United States Constitutionin particular Article IV, Section 4,

 

Therefore be it resolved, the Independent American Party of Nevada rejects these duplicitous policies and demands that the United States President Joe Biden and the United States Congress perform their sworn oaths to protect and defend the U.S. Constitution which includes the borders of the United States and its Citizens.
