IAP Petition Instuctions

Every year, the Republican Party allows the government to grow larger and larger. Every year, the Democratic Party leads the headlong charge to socialism. Both the Republicans and Democrats fail to protect our civil liberties by condoning RealID. Both parties refuse to protect our borders by their failure to actively enforce the immigration laws already on the books.

Haven't you had enough? Can you imagine what would happen in politics if there were an alternative?

There is. The Independent American Party of Nevada is currently the third largest political party in Nevada. We are also Nevada's fastest growing political party. In 2010, the IAP-NV placed 54 candidates on the ballot for the last election, and four of those candidates were elected.

The Independent American Party of Nevada exists because we are tied of these two other major parties' failures. Do you feel the same? This year, the IAP-NV is making every effort to gain major party status in Nevada. How can you help? We are planning to petition the Secretary of State to become a major party. We will be getting signatures on the petition at our Voter Registration Drives, our Fireworks Stand, our IAP Meetings, and all our IAP events.

If you want to find out how, read on.

Please try to get at as many people as you can to sign the petition, but your goal is to get at least get 100 signatures by October 1,2011.

To get 100 signatures by Oct 1st, you only need to get 25 signatures a month. On October 1st, get the affadavit notarized. If you need help call us at 702-979-3427 or email me at secretary@ccnviap.org.

If only 2% of the registered IAP voters get 100 signatures, we will have more than enough signatures and the IAP will be a major party.

It is easy to do. Just follow these instructions.

  • 1. Download and save the IAP petition and affidavit file, attached to this email, to your computer.
  • 2. Print out at least 2 copies of page 1.
  • 3. Then print out page 2 on the back of page 1. 4. Then print out 1 copy of page 3. That is all that you will need.
  • 5. Fill in the County name on page 1 of the petition and only sign up voters in that County. You can go to other Counties, but each County needs a separate petition and affidavit. Do not mix signatures from different Counties on the same petition.
  • 6. Now, just take the petition with you where ever you go and ask people to sign it.
  • 7. Don’t forget your friends and relatives.
  • 8. When you get 100 signatures, get the affadavit notarized and mail the petition with the affadavit to the Clark County Independent American Party at the address below.
  • 9. If you need help to get it notarized, just contact us at 702-979-3427 or email me at secretary@ccnviap.org when you are ready to get it notarized.
  • 10. Forward this email to your friends to ask them to help.

Remember that any registered voter can sign the petition. It doesn’t make any difference if they are Republican, Democrat, Libertarian, American Elect Party, or Non Partisan.
